With over 20 years of experience in the structural steel industry, Devin has cultivated a comprehensive skill set and deep industry knowledge, working his way up from an entry-level position to a senior role. Starting as a fitter/welder, he learned the fundamentals of the trade. His early years on the shop floor were invaluable, providing him with a firsthand understanding of the technical aspects of fabrication and a strong work ethic.

As his experience grew, so did his responsibilities. He advanced through various roles, including foreman and production supervisor, where he managed teams, coordinated projects, and ensured strict adherence to safety and quality standards. His ability to lead and motivate his team, combined with a commitment to continuous learning, helped drive productivity and maintain a positive work environment.

Having worked his way up into senior leadership of a leading steel fabrication company, he oversaw complex projects, working closely with engineers, architects, and clients to deliver structural steel solutions that met both design specifications and budgetary constraints. His journey revealed an opportunity in the sub fabrication arena, a missing factor from the industry. Devin’s goal is to provide a customized solution to steel fabricators and erectors looking for available shops ready to partner for fabrication work.
